Twenty groups took part made up of researchers from the School of Engineering of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).
Ads on Demand was the winner of the Program. The project proposed new forms of advertising for smart TVs.
The second prize was obtained by the Knowxel project, a platform based on "mobile crowdsourcing" aimed at enhancing customer and user communication. And the third prize was for Amblife, which was based on the creation of a system to automatically detect falls.
Among all the projects that participated, three companies were set up: Ad on Demand, Maxfactory and Knowxel.
